Shontina Kuykendoll MBA

Shontina began her career over 30 years ago holding senior level positions with the IRS, Airline and Hospitality industries. She is a Chicago native and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. She is an accountant by trade and founder of Shontina.com. Her business has been featured in Forbes Magazine, Times Square Billboard and a host of other media channels. She holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Business Management, having graduated Magna Cum Laude she loves education.
Shontina is the recipient of the President Barack Obama Gold Volunteer Service Award. She loves spending time with her LOS Sisters, friends, family especially her three grandsons, and traveling abroad. She has traveled to over 25 Countries and looking forward to visiting the rest of the world.
Carla Thomas-Johnson M.Ed.

Carla Johnson M.Ed. is a native of Tampa, Florida, and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Education with experience in global brand management, website development, project management, and is a Social Media Strategist. She has over 25 years of professional entertainment industry experience at local, national and international levels. She is the Founder and Director of Cheer Girl Entertainment LLC and Game Day Glamorous, entertainment production companies featuring stage and film choreography, music artist movement curator, entertainment team camps, dance and cheer competition choreography, professional entertainment audition prep programming, fashion show stage production, and owner of the PCDL Pro Cheerleader Development League. Her credits include work for the NFL SuperBowl, AFL Arena Bowl, AFL All Star games, numerous corporate and television credits. She is the current Cheerleader Director for the official NFL Alumni Tampa Bay Chapter, USA Cheerleaders, Florida Division, Ladies of Success Board Member and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
Porcha Ingram

Porcha Ingram is a wife, mom and boss. She is a native of Dallas, TX where she resides. She is a serial entrepreneur who begun her entrepreneurial journey in 2016 where she founded Fade Zone Barber & Salon. She didn't stop there, for her love of fashion she founded her online women's boutique Porchaz Clozet now Posh Retreat Boutique 2 weeks later. As those business were able to run themselves she branched off and started her trucking company L&I Trucking LLC in 2017. Her love for business motivated her so much she became a certified business coach that specializes in business start up. She has helped over 50 small businesses start their business. Going forward being that she loved self care, she gained an interest in skincare. She became an Esthetician in 2019 where later on she opened a spa in 2021 called Posh Retreat Day Spa. Porcha also give her time in mentorship with young ladies between the ages of 16-18 at The Potters House Dallas. She loves her family, traveling and has pride in integrity. She is a firm believer in women empowerment which made her join Ladies of Success in 2019.

Kimberly is the founder of Kim-plete Makeovers. She is a highly sought out celebrity makeup artist and body sculptor from Birmingham, Alabama. She began her career over 12 years ago and has the pleasure of helping women feel beautiful from head to toe.
By day, Kimberly is a Certified Compliance Professional with a Bachelors in Finance, a MBA in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Green Belt Project Management Specialist. Kimberly has an extensive background in banking, finance and insurance. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kimberly loves traveling, shopping, all things glam and spending time with her family and friends. She is a true “Southern Bell” that knows how to make your look Kim-plete!
